I've gotten the two to work. First of all, the dongle doesn't need a separate
driver under Win95, because it's a part of the program. If you disconnect your
dongle, you'll find that it won't work.
As to crashing scenes, unless you install the program using the default
directories, you'll crash when you load scenes. It doesn't make sense,
but if you
reinstall in the default directories, it should work.

You can still install into what ever directory you want to. However, you MUST
go in and edit the LW.CFG file in the programs directory. This configurartion
file contain an entry called "ContentsDirectory" and is set to C:\NEWTEK. This
directory is used as a starting point for loading all files. So just change it
to the directory where the contents are installed (i.e. - C:\3D\LightWave 4.0).
This will fix all the loading problems.
